## Frequently asked questions

### Is this a mock survey?

No. It is a quick self-check of your evidence. It does not replace a mock survey or your accreditor's standards, but it is a good first pass.

### Who should complete it?

Your risk, quality or compliance lead, ideally with the administrator or director of nursing. People often answer differently, which is itself useful.

### Is my data saved?

Answers stay in your browser. Nothing is sent unless you choose to email yourself the result.
