What do partners get?
Early access, white-label packets, a partner sandbox, referral terms and a named contact. Terms vary by partner type.
Is there a fee to join?
No. We pick partners for the long term, and we agree terms in writing before we promise anything.
Can we resell IncidentKit?
Sometimes. Consultants and some associations can bundle it under their own contract, and the BAA passes to the facility. Tell us how you work and we will say what fits.
How does the carrier data feed work?
It is an opt-in, aggregated feed of the incident and corrective-action data an insured chooses to share. It is rolling out, designed with early insurer partners, and not open to everyone yet.
Do you have an API?
Yes. A read API and signed webhooks are rolling out for Regulated and Network plans. Partners get early access and a sandbox.
