Is it free?
Yes. The Open plan has unlimited reporters and 50 incidents a month, with no card. To add a BAA, patient information or audit-ready packets, move the site to Regulated.
Can I put patient information in the free kit?
No. Patient information needs a BAA, the HIPAA contract for vendors that hold it. Until one is signed, keep patient names, record numbers and clinical details out of reports. Use Regulated or book a demo for patient incidents.
Do my staff need accounts to report?
No. Reporters use a link, QR code or email address. Only reviewers and managers sign in.
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes on Open. On Regulated, we set it up within 48 hours.
Can I bring my existing incident data?
Yes. The import wizard takes a CSV, and paid plans migrate spreadsheets, paper logs and older tools.
